Booking an appartment

Requests to reserve the flats for international guests can be made by all members of the university. Visitors to Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences can also register directly. Rooms are allocated according to availability and registration date. Depending on availability, requests from members of other Darmstadt universities and research institutions may also be considered.

Please fill in the application form for your reservation (German) and send it to guesthouse.int@.h-da.de. An offer will be sent to you within a few days. With your confirmation the booking is binding.

Please contact us before your arrival to discuss possible arrival times. Before departure you need to arrange a time for the handover of the room.
