Outgoing students

You're enrolled at h_da and are interested in a stay abroad as a student or intern:

ERASMUS+-Students (Darmstadt)

ONLINE:
Fridays, 9:00-10:00 a.m. via BigBlueButton.

 

IN PERSON:
Tuesdays, 11:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m., C23, room 02.08.

 

The online consultation on 7th February is cancelled.

 

ERASMUS+ Traineeships (Darmstadt & Dieburg)

IN PERSON:
Darmstadt:
Tuesdays, 11:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m, C23, room 02.11

Dieburg:
Wednesdays, 10:00-11:00 a.m., F01, room 110

You don't need to register before attending the consultation hours.

Consultation hours in Dieburg: During the semester break, consultation hours in Dieburg take place every two weeks. The next consultation hour is on 31 March, 2-3 p.m. 

Student stays outside of Europe (Campus Darmstadt)

You don't need to register before attending the consultation hours.

ONLINE:
Mondays, 02:00 p.m. - 03:00 p.m. via BigBlueButton. Please make sure to use GOOGLE CHROME and that the mic is activated in advance. 

IN PERSON:

Outgoing students (Dieburg)

Initial consultation hours at Dieburg Campus:

The consultation hours in Dieburg are open to all students who wish to go abroad during their studies. In addition, counselling for Erasmus+ semesters abroad takes place here.

You don't need to register before attending the consultation hours.

IN PERSON:
Wednesdays, 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m., F01, room 110

Incoming exchange students

You'd like to study at h_da for one or two semesters as an exchange student or are currently studying at h_da as an exchange student:

Online

Mondays, 3:00-4:00 p.m. local German time on Zoom. (Here you can convert German time into the time zone of your home country/region.)

 

In person

Tuesdays, 2:00-3:30 p.m., C23, room 02.10.

International degree-seeking students

You're enrolled as an h_da student who obtained their school-leaving certificate outside of Germany and is doing an entire study program at h_da and have a question about the non-academic part of your studies (e.g. your residence permit and legal status in Germany, finding accommodation or how to finance your studies):

Online

Mondays, 3:30-4:30 p.m. via BigBlueButton

 

In person

Darmstadt:
Wednesdays, 10:00-12:00, C23, room 02.09

Dieburg:
In SoSe 2025 on the following dates (Thursdays, 09:00-11:00), F01, room 110:
