Outgoing students

Fridays, 9:00-10:00 a.m. via BigBlueButton.
IN PERSON:
Tuesdays, 11:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m., C23, room 02.08.
All consultations are cancelled from 17.07. until 05.08.2025 inclusive.
ERASMUS+ Traineeships (Darmstadt & Dieburg)
IN PERSON:
Darmstadt:
Tuesdays, 11:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m, C23, room 02.11
Dieburg:
Wednesdays, 10:00-11:00 a.m., F01, room 110 - No consultation hours during the semester break. If required, please contact me by e-mail, an appointment for a digital consultation hour can be arranged.

Student stays outside of Europe (Campus Darmstadt)
You don't need to register before attending the consultation hours.
ONLINE:
Mondays, 02:00 p.m. - 03:00 p.m. via BigBlueButton. Please make sure to use GOOGLE CHROME and that the mic is activated in advance.
IN PERSON:
Tuesdays, 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m., room 02.07. (C23). On 22.07. the consultation takes place online.

Outgoing students (Dieburg)
Initial consultation hours at Dieburg Campus:
The consultation hours in Dieburg are open to all students who wish to go abroad during their studies. In addition, counselling for Erasmus+ semesters abroad takes place here.
You don't need to register before attending the consultation hours.

Incoming exchange students
You'd like to study at h_da for one or two semesters as an exchange student or are currently studying at h_da as an exchange student:
International degree-seeking students
You're enrolled as an h_da student who obtained their school-leaving certificate outside of Germany and is doing an entire study program at h_da and have a question about the non-academic part of your studies (e.g. your residence permit and legal status in Germany, finding accommodation or how to finance your studies):
