General information:
Almost all English-taught classes at this department are at the master's (i.e. postgraduate) level. Students doing a bachelor's (i.e. undergraduate) program have two options:
- If you have knowledge of German, you can take part in German-taught classes at the bachelor's (i.e. undergraduate) level. For this, you need to prove that you have sufficient knowledge of German.
- If you do not have any knowledge of German, you may ask to be admitted for English-taught classes at the master's (i.e. postgraduate) level. Please note that this is only possible if you're very advanced in your bachelor's (i.e. undergraduate) studies and have completed a lot of classes in electrical engineering and/or information technology. In that case you may be admitted for classes taught at the master*s (i.e. postgraduate) level. Please note, though, that we cannot guarantee that you will, in fact, be admitted.

3. Send the document to h_da for a signature
EWP - Erasmus Without Paper: We use an online platform to manage our incoming students' Learning Agreements. Please tell your home university that we are connected to EWP, so they can send us your Learning Agreement electronically. Don't worry - they will know how this can be done and which tool to use.
FAQs & further information
Can I change my OLA after I have sent it?
You can most probably only change your OLA if it has not yet been approved. The details are tool-specific and must therefore be clarified directly with your home university.
However, if your courses change during your stay, you must complete the "During Mobility/Changes to OLA" section provided for this purpose and have the OLA re-approved by all parties. Please do not just create a new OLA!
Does the contact person at h_da receive an automatic notification that you have sent the OLA?
Unfortunately, our online tool does not send notifications when an OLA is sent. Therefore, please inform the person authorized to sign by e-mail that you have submitted your OLA and ask them for approval.
