Participation in an Erasmus Blended Intensive Programme
Financial support BIP
The information relates to the academic year 2024/25 (project 2024*) and is subject to the allocation of funds by the EU Commission.
5 days mobility: 79 EUR / day
You can apply for additional funding (79 EUR / day) for the days you are travelling. You can apply for up to 6 additional subsidised days for sustainable travel (bus, train, carpooling, cycling) and up to 2 additional subsidised days for non-sustainable travel (single-occupancy car, plane). The travel days must be used for travelling, i.e. no programme may take place at the host university. Further information can be found in the Erasmus+ additional funding information sheet.
All BIP participants also receive a travel allowance. This varies depending on whether you are travelling sustainably (standard travel) or non-sustainably (green travel). It is based on the distance between h_da and the organising partner university (see table ‘Travel allowance’).
Participants with fewer opportunities will receive a one-off grant of EUR 100. Check whether this additional funding is available to you.
* Due to the availability of funds and in order to make the best possible use of all funds, the International Office of h_da funds mobilities within the framework of Erasmus+ from different projects depending on the type of mobility. The conditions and instalments of the respective funding project apply.
