• Mandatory participant report in the Beneficiary Module of the EU (you will receive an automatic invitation by e-mail).
• Group Experience Report for the Hochschule Darmstadt & Privacy Policy.
• Proof of credited credits by excerpt from my.h-da. To do this, please generate a PDF overview from my.h-da.de by following these steps:
  1. Log in to https://my.h-da.de/.
  2. Click on “Exams Extract and Grade Distribution” (green box).
  3. Click on “Bachelor's Degree” or “...Master's Degree,” depending on which applies to you. 
  4. Click on the small “i” at the end of the program description. This will display a list of all exams taken so far and the corresponding CP credits.
  5. Below your personal information, you have the option to generate “PDF-Übersicht” (Overviews).
  6.  Please mark the corresponding entry for the BIP in the PDF overview and send it to us.

You are welcome to redact other areas of the PDF document and remove irrelevant pages. It is only important that the name and recognition of the ECTS credit points for your BIP remain visible.
