Mobility for Teaching

Eligibility requirements

The following requirements must be met:

• You are a member of the academic teaching staff at h_da.
• You are currently employed at h_da (unfortunately, visiting/assistant lecturers are not eligible for Erasmus+ funding).
• The planned mobility lasts at least 2 days (days of stay) and includes a minimum teaching load of 8 teaching hours.
• The host university is a partner university of h_da and is located in an Erasmus+ programme country (see below) in which you are not a resident.
• Following the mobility, an increase in mutual exchange is foreseeable, e.g., in the form of student exchange.
• Repeated formats (same project at the same partner university) within two semesters are not eligible for funding (case-by-case assessment and possible exceptions for teaching mobility within the framework of a BIP).
• A maximum of two people with the same teaching project may go to the same partner university (especially in the case of teaching mobility within the framework of a BIP in which h_da is involved).
• You must submit all necessary documents for Erasmus+ staff mobility to our International Office completed and on time. Further information on the procedure and the documents to be submitted can be found under Process.
